The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso along with Clear the Shelters will be hosting a free pet adoption event at the mall. Help us clear the shelters while dressed in fashion with your forever friend! All adoptions include the pet's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. Attendees will receive a free shopping bag*. Find out more »Each year, thousands of pets go missing in El Paso, and the Animal Services Animal Protection team is addressing this by providing families and pets with free microchips. Free microchipping will begin at 10 am, and will end once all 100 microchips are given out, or until 12 pm.
