El Paso Animal Services and their Resource Rover team is offering FREE pet microchips, and microchip checks, at a series of events during June . Join us at Pavo Real Dog Water Park for free microchips & fee-waived adoptions! All adoptions include the pet's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, up-to-date vaccination, and city license. Adoptable pets, brought right to your neighborhood! Join us at the El Paso Fire Department's second annual Fire Fest on Saturday, September 23 for free adoptions!
