Just when we thought our longest stay had finally found her forever, Penny returned to us due to no fault of her own.
Penny first entered our care when she was just a little pibble. She then spent 2 days in the shelter, and went to a loving foster home. After almost a full year in that foster home, it was time to find her forever family.
We thought she did a couple weeks ago, but Penny came back to us just 3 days later due to no fault of her own. However, while her time in a home hasn’t been her forever yet, we’ve learned so much about her!
Though she is shy at first, once she learns that she can trust you, she’s the sweetest girl ever. Penny has lived with a 9 year old, and 3 other pups of various sizes and ages, and while at the shelter has done well with her kennel mates! She loves anything and everything, which tells us that she could make a perfect family dog.
If you think you could be Penny’s forever, she can’t wait to meet you at 5001 Fred Wilson, open everyday 11 am-6 pm. Penny’s waited long enough.
