Meet Rachel — a kind, smart, and truly wonderful girl whose sweet personality shines brighter the more you get to know her. Rachel knows how to sit and give her paw on command, and she’s eager to learn and please once she feels comfortable.
Rachel is leash trained, walks very nicely without pulling, and would make a great companion for walks, light runs, or jogs — she’ll even help you along when walking uphill! She enjoys the outdoors, likes water, loves to run, and is just as happy being a couch potato at home. She’s potty trained, calm on car rides (especially with the AC on), and settles in quickly, showing off tail wags, toy play, gentle zoomies, and excellent house manners.
Rachel can be a bit shy and cautious at first, especially in new environments or on walks where cars can make her nervous. With patience, reassurance, and love, she settles beautifully — and her confidence continues to grow every day.
Rachel does very well with other dogs. She has participated in a playgroup with four dogs and did great, remaining calm and polite, and she does not react when passing other dogs on walks.
Rachel is a social, fun, affectionate girl who is revealing more of her amazing personality every day. She’s ready for a patient, loving home that will continue to help her build confidence and enjoy all the good things life has to offer.
