Rocko spent the first half of his life in a foster home with his little sister. Recently, they both found themselves back in our shelter, but after his sister Ellie was adopted, Rocko was left all alone.
Rocko is very friendly with people, loves water, going on walks, playing with his toys (and doggie friends), and giving kisses. He is only a year old, so he still has puppy energy, but mellows out pretty quickly.
This spirited and playful guy would love a home and family to call his own! He’s waited more than long enough.
