Originally adopted from the shelter as a tiny puppy, Shooter was recently found wandering as a stray, and heartbreakingly, no one has come to reclaim him. But even after all that, he’s remained his cheerful, affectionate self — ready to bring joy to a new family who won’t ever let him go.
