EL PASO, Texas – Starting on Sunday, September 29, 2019, El Paso Animal Services will adjust its daily hours of operation for the fall/winter season to 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the Animal Services Center located at 5001 Fred Wilson. The Center’s current spring/summer hours are from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
