El Paso Animal Services wishes to recognize Ms. Catherine Franco-Animal Protection Officer as the February 2020 Employee of the Month. Ms. Franco displays a POSITIVE attitude by fulfilling her duties with poise and confidence and works at keeping the morale high among her coworkers. UNDERSTANDING her role as a senior officer, she is a role model to her coworkers. She stays at the shelter to help her coworkers unload the animals and is available for assistance when requested. As a field-training officer, she takes RESPONSIBILITY to assure that new Animal Protection Officers are prepared to the best of their abilities.
