Adopt your new best friend right at WinterFest!
El Paso Animal Services will be downtown offering fee-waived adoptions Friday through Sunday at WinterFest. Come visit our Mobile Adoption Van filled with adoptable dogs & puppies at San Jacinto Plaza!
All adoptions will include the pets spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. To adopt, you must be above the age of 18 and present a valid photo ID.
