For nearly a year, Sugar has waited patiently to get picked, quietly hoping that someone will truly see her. As a black pittie, she’s often overlooked, blending into the background—but she deserves so much more than to be invisible.
Sugar is a 1.5-year-old, 45-pound bundle of love. Despite her strong, muscular frame, she’s gentle, affectionate, and incredibly well-mannered. On her Doggy Day Out, she sat in the car like a perfect princess, enjoyed a hike with grace, and melted over treats and pup cups. She adores head pets, loves being with people, and follows on leash like a pro. She gets along easily with other dogs and loves to play.
At her core, Sugar is a cuddle bug and a couch potato who wants nothing more than a family to love and to be loved in return.
Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and leash trained—Sugar is truly ready for her forever. All she needs is for someone to see past the kennel bars and into her heart.
