The 3rd annual ‘Tis the Season To Be Safe safety fair is back at Bassett Mall on December 9th from 11am-2pm!
The El Paso Police Department, the El Paso Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association, El Paso Animal Services, and Crime Stoppers of El Paso would like to invite the community to this traditional Christmas safety fair. The purpose of the safety fair is to go to where the community is and remind them of the importance of safety.
In our presentation we will go over bite prevention and pet safety through education, awareness, and responsible pet ownership! Here’s what you can expect:
-Expert guidance on bite prevention at home
-Fun and interactive pet safety activities
-Valuable tips for safe interactions with animals
-FREE resources and materials for all participants
In addition, recruiters from the El Paso Police Department will be on-hand to answer questions about joining the EPPD. The Auto Theft Task Force will be present to help you keep your car safe. The Socorro Independent School District Police, Homeland Security Investigations, the El Paso Fire Department, Safe Communities, El Paso County Constables, Crime Prevention Officers, and other local, county, state, and federal community partners will be present.
