Join us as we try to CLEAR OUR SHELTER! The largest national adoption campaign ‘Clear the Shelters’ is back again, and El Paso Animal Services is participating for the sixth year in a row. The Animal Services Center will be waiving adoption fees today, August 27 through Sunday, September 19 for all its shelter pets, and all adoptions will include the pet’s spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license.
