In observance of the Christmas holiday, El Paso Animal Services will be operating under holiday hours at all locations on Sunday, December 24 and closed on Monday, December 25. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.

- Tails at the Times Adoption Center – 12 pm to 2 pm
- Mission Valley Adoption Center – 12 pm to 2 pm
- ALL locations closed on Monday, December 25
