El Paso Animal Services (5001 Fred Wilson) open daily 11am-6pm Westside Adoption Center (5625 Confetti Dr) open daily 12pm-6pm Mission Valley Adoption Center (9068 Socorro Rd) open daily 12pm-5pmNo penalties here—just bring a valid photo ID, be 18+, and you’re eligible to adopt! All our furry all-stars are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and come with city registration. 
We urgently need homes for our shelter dogs, help us make adoption the winning play!
