On August 18, 2020, the City of El Paso adopted Ordinance No. 019087 that amended Title 7 to include new guidelines for groomers and grooming shops that will take effect on January 1, 2021.
If you are a groomer or grooming shop owner, we would like to invite you to take part in one of two virtual community meetings that will take place via Teams on Thursday, November 5th at 3pm or Thursday, November 12th at 3pm.
For those of you unfamiliar with Teams, it is an app that you will need to download to either your smart phone or your computer. This will allow you to join in on our virtual video meeting after you receive the link to the meeting of your choice, which I will create and email to you a few days before the meeting.

If you would like to participate, please email monterosmm@elpasotexas.gov with your preferred meeting date, along with your name, the name of the shop you are with, a phone number you can be contacted at and the email address you want your invitation sent to.
