In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, El Paso Animal Services will be operating under holiday hours at all locations on Monday, January 15 in observance of MLK Day. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

  • El Paso Animal Services Center – 11 am to 2 pm 
  • Tails at the Times Adoption Center – 12 pm to 2 pm
  • Mission Valley Adoption Center – 12 pm to 2 pm
