In observance of the Labor Day holiday, El Paso Animal Services will be operating under holiday hours at all locations. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. 

  • El Paso Animal Services Center – Open 11 am to 2 pm
  • Tails at the Times Adoption Center – Open 12 pm to 2 pm
  • Mission Valley Adoption Center – Open 12 pm to 2 pm
