The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso along with Clear the Shelters will be hosting a free pet adoption event at the mall. Help us clear the shelters while dressed in fashion with your forever friend! All adoptions include the pet’s spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license.
