The El Paso Animal Services Center will be closing early in observance of Thanksgiving. The Center will be open from 11 am to 2 pm for adoptions, fostering, pet reclaims and any other services and will be closed all day on Thursday, November 22. Normal business hours will resume on Friday, November 23.
