FREE MICROCHIPS TO THE FIRST 50 PETS-Join us at the City of El Paso's Doggie Day Swimming! Each year, thousands of pets go missing in El Paso, and the Animal Services Animal Protection team is addressing this by providing families and pets with free microchips. Celebrate “Freedom Day” with an outdoor Juneteenth Celebration! This free, family-friendly event include music, performances, informational booths, jumping balloons, music, performances, food trucks, vendors and more! Lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas and water are encouraged! El Paso Animal Services will have free dog adoptions at this event.
