Join El Paso Animal Services, Subaru El Paso and the ASPCA for "Make A Dog's Day" this October 21 for FREE PET MICROCHIPS! Make your dogs day by making sure they are microchipped, securing them for life! Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and be above 6 weeks of age or weigh at least 2 lbs. Saturday, October 21 10 am - 1 pm Subaru El Paso - 1444 Airway
