Animal Services Offering Free Adoptions for Dogs Over 20 Pounds
EL PASO, Texas – El Paso Animal Services is looking for families who are ready to commit to the center’s most lovable and loyal pets. The department’s “Large & Loyal” adoption special features free adoptions for all dogs over 20 pounds. This special begins Saturday, April 6 and will run through the entire month of April. For those interested in our smaller pets, adoptions fees will be reduced to $5 for all cats, and all dogs weighing less than 20 pounds.

Animal Services wants to remind the community that their involvement is important, especially with the upcoming challenges that the spring and summer months will bring. To support the City’s no-kill goal, the community can get involved by adopting, fostering, volunteering, and donating, as well as ensuring all owned pets are up-to-date on their vaccinations, have a microchip and are spayed or neutered.
