February 2019 Employee of the Month
Mr. Johnson is the definition of what an employee should be at all times. Mr. Johnson greets our customers with a smile and a POSITIVE attitude, even in times of distress for the customer and animal. Mr. Johnson patiently listens to the customer’s story and is UNDERSTANDING in taking care of their situation. If Mr. Johnson makes any mistakes during the course of his duties, he will take full RESPONSIBILITY. In addition, if he is unsure on a process he will ask fellow employees for help so he can better serve our customers. Most importantly, Mr. Johnson is RESPECTFUL to our customers and his fellow employees.
