The El Paso Animal Services facilities may be closed to the public in order to keep our community and staff safe, but we are still offering essential services to continue finding lifesaving outcomes for our shelter pets! 

To adopt a shelter pet, visit our Adopt page and select 2-3 pets you might be interested in. Then contact our Adoption Team at (915) 212-8705 or email EPASAdoptions@elpasotexas.gov the pet’s ID numbers and your contact information. Our team will be in contact with you to assist with the adoption process and then schedule a date for contactless delivery!
