El Paso Animal Services is offering free pet adoptions on all pets for Home for the Pawlidays. The event will start on Friday, December 7 and will go through Sunday, December 9 from 11 am to 6 pm. All adoptions are free and each adoption includes their spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license.
