FREE MICROCHIPS TO THE FIRST 100 PETS Each year, thousands of pets go missing in El Paso, and the Animal Services Animal Protection team is addressing this by providing families and pets with free microchips. Free microchipping will begin at 10:30 am, and will end once all 100 microchips are given out, or until 1:30 pm.
