FREE MICROCHIPS TO THE FIRST 100 PETS Each year, thousands of pets go missing in El Paso, and the Animal Services Animal Protection team is addressing this by providing families and pets with free microchips. Free microchipping will begin at 10 am, and will end once all 100 microchips are given out, or until 2 pm. Find out more »Free pet adoptions, brought to your neighborhood! Join us at the YMCA Hot Diggity Dog Day event on Saturday, November 16 from 10 am to 2 pm. All adoptions will be free, and include the pet's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. Our Animal Protection team will also be on hand providing free microchips as well.
