With the high-intake season quickly approaching, El Paso Animal Services is gearing up for a seasonal deep cleaning on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. During this one-day deep cleaning, Animal Services will be reducing its operation hours from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to allow staff to complete the facility-wide cleaning.

Press Release-Animal Services Achieves 90% Save-Rate in February
El Paso Animal Services achieved a third month of reaching a 90% or higher live-release rate as it nears its no-kill goal. To celebrate the save rate, the department is hosting a “90 by 2020” adoption event, starting Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10 where adoptions will be free for the first 90 pets, and just $9 for every pet thereafter.
